Swimming with Dolphins
An attraction Curacao is known for, swimming with dolphins at Dolphin Academy at the Sea Aquarium Park next to Mambo Beach.
There are a variety of experiences for everyone, from young too old, from the non-swimmer to the experienced diver, however availability is limited so get there early!
Scuba diving in Curacao
There are several locations on Curacao to make a beautiful dive, there are several diving schools, and shops to rent your gear.
We ourselves obtained our PADI at Scuba Dive Center in Pietermaai, a very nice course under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Close to our holiday villa on Marbella Estate is the Diving Center of the Ven, where we always rent our diving gear and you can also take diving lessons with these nice owners.
Deep Sea Fishing
We had a nice trip with Kaptein Derek , from Smallfield Adventures, sailed early and returned to Spanish Water just before noon. You get a good explanation about the different fish species, food and drinks are provided, a fantastic experience!

Hiking Curacao
Curacao has countless hiking trails, beautiful walking routes through almost untouched pieces of native nature. For example, in the southeast of the island, between Bottelier and Zuurzak, lies the small nature park Den Dunki. You can also walk here to the vast plain of the salt pans of Jan Thiel, here you can also spot flamingos in the lagoon
