The holiday home has a spacious living room and is connected to a large porch of 30m2, which is well located on the wind. From the terrace you walk to a private backyard with a private swimming pool with sunbeds. In the porch there is a lounge corner and a large wooden table for cozy sitting.

Marbella Estate Curacao
The Marbella Estate is a gated community located between two beautiful lagoons called Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. Both are beautiful places where you can swim, dive, snorkel, surf, wakeboard, relax or just enjoy nature. Many amenities are nearby, such as supermarkets (Albert Heijn), shops, casino, beaches of JanThiel/Papagayo, Zanzibar, Mambo and Kontiki Beach. Willemstad with its lively center and the popular Pietermaai district is a 15-minute drive away.
Community Pool Marbella Estate
Marbella Estate is secured and gated community adjacent to the salt pans. It is very child friendly and has a large communal swimming pool (25×5 m). The park is beautifully landscaped with lots of space, houses in soft Caribbean colors and swaying palms.
Ideal if you want to swim a few lengths and a nice meeting place for the children. In short, a lovely park for the perfect sun holiday.

In holiday villa Kaya Menta you enter the cozy living room with open kitchen. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a 55 inch 4K TV and you can use free WIFI. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. The house has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a bathroom with toilet en suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. The rooms are of course equipped with air conditioning . There is both 110V and 220V available. Outside you can use our BBQ/grill.
*It is also possible to rent our car during your stay. Prices on request.
*A transfer to and from Hato Airport can also be arranged for you, this is provided by our manager for a fee.
